Happy New Year!

Hello everyone! Happy New Year! I can't believe 2020 is behind us and I look forward to the opportunities we will have this year. As we ease our way into 2021 cautiously optimistic, I wanted to touch base with you on some things old and some things new. While I know my clients are the absolute best and follow all the rules, our manager asked that we reiterate the procedures and protocols for your safety and ours.

PANDEMIC UPDATES

Although I am excited for the prospect of normalcy somewhere in the future, we still need to stick to the protocols in place.

Masks Required: Over the ear masks are still required inside the building and to be worn at all times. I recommend reusable masks but if you are getting color and don't want to ruin your cute mask, please remember to bring a disposable one or one that you don't mind getting a little dirty. I prefer ones that are NOT adjustable; my comb gets caught on them too easily and can pull the straps off.

Doors Are Locked: To protect the stylists in the building, the doors will remain locked. Although the weather is nice now, it will start warming up before we know it. Please start getting back into the habit of staying in your car and texting (do not call) me to let me know you've arrived. Once I have finished my previous client and cleaned up, I will text back to let you know I am ready. Do not come and stand by the door or enter the building until I tell you to do so. This keeps you in the comfortable AC of your car, socially distanced and out of the hallways and gives me time to properly prepare for your visit.

No Food or Drinks: As a reminder, I am not offering refreshments. Please do not bring food unless its a small snack that does not require you to fully remove your mask.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I have a cancellation policy in place but have been extremely lenient on enforcing it. I know life changes, but please give me the courtesy of a 72 hour notice. If an emergency occurs or you have been exposed to Covid, please reach out to me and we can figure it out.

  • Cancellation Policy: 72+ hours notice must be given for any appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the visit.

  • Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100%.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and be charged for the appointment.

Basically, all I ask is common courtesy and fair notice!

PRICING CHANGES:

2020 was a wild year and I am so so thankful to all of my wonderful clients for the ongoing support. I hope for your continued loyalty as I implement a small price increase on some select services. Although not all services will increase, I hope to balance out the always climbing prices of rent, color, product, tools, etc.

I have also been lax on charging for extra color and product so though you may not see an increase on your service total, I may add an Extra Product tax if I need to use more than the average. Lastly, this entire passed year, I have split the credit card fees between both of us. If you'd like to bypass the fee, you may always pay cash or Venmo.

I am so excited for 2021 and hoping to begin easing into normalcy again and maybe see the bottom half of your beautiful faces one day! If you have any questions, comments, concerns, compliments ;), please feel free to reach out to me.

PS- don't forget about my Little Free Library in the salon! If you love to read, please take a moment at your next visit to borrow a book and bring one or two you think someone else would love.

Thank you to all my clients who have weathered this wild year with me. If you haven't been in in a while, please know you are always welcome in my chair.

Hoping you stay safe, healthy, happy

Covid-19

Hi to my friends and clients! I've been putting a lot of thought into this and have fought it tooth and nail, but I've finally decided that its time to close the salon while this virus is going around
